When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed Mon-Fri before 11 AM EST ship same day. Orders placed with priority shipping typically deliver within 3-6 business days.
My Order Status Hasn't Changed In Several Days. What Should I Do?
Don't worry – carriers don't always scan packages or update tracking info at every stop along the way. In most cases, your order is still on its way. We recommend waiting a day or two for the next update. If tracking still hasn't moved and your package doesn't arrive within the expected delivery window, reach out to us at hello@lookoptic.com and we'll help sort it out.
